Placing an image at
UPPER THIRD means the *center of your image (as defined below) is placed 1/3 below the top of the menu cover, and centered between the left and right edge.

Placing an image at
OPTICAL CENTER means the *center of your image (as defined below) is placed ¼ inch above the actual center of the menu cover. An image placed at actual center will usually appear to be somewhat lower than the center (this is an optical illusion). We recommend Optical Center when you want your image to feel like it is centered.

ACTUAL CENTER means the *center of your image (as defined below) is placed in the actual center of the menu cover. (Please note: this placement may cause the image to appear as if it is below
the center of the cover).

Placing an image at
LOWER THIRD means the *center of your image (as defined below) is placed 1/3 above the bottom of the menu cover, and centered between the left and right edge.

Placing an image at
LOWER RIGHT means placing an image approximately ½ inch from the bottom and ½ inch from the right hand edge of the menu cover.

*The center of your image is the point located exactly equidistant between the furthest point at the
top and bottom and the furthest point from the left and right hand edge of your image.
