Artwork
Please send only camera-ready artwork for decoration. Photocopies and
faxes are not suitable for reproduction. Camera-ready means Black & White
line art. No halftones please. Boxerbrand will review your artwork for
any potential printing issues. If your artwork needs cleanup or other
editing, we will inform you of any possible charges before processing
your order.
When sending artwork
by email, please send in one of the following file formats: .eps, .ai,
or pdf. Be sure your file is high resolution (at least 600 dpi). If you
are sending your artwork by common carrier or US Mail, please be sure
to protect the image from becoming bent, folded or otherwise damaged in
shipping.
Claims (damaged goods).
Boxerbrand is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipment. We
will make every effort to assist you in filing an insurance claim with
UPS. However, please be advised that UPS requires original packaging to
assess claims. Maximum insurance liability is limited to $100.00 per package.
It is always advisable to inspect the condition of freight deliveries
and sign for them as "damaged" if you notice that a package
has sustained damage in transit.
Over/Under Runs
On custom orders and orders that require decoration, Boxerbrand reserves
the right to ship 5% over or under.
Payment
All orders must be paid COD or by Credit Card (unless terms have been
applied for and granted). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.
Custom orders & orders
that require decoration require a 50% pre-payment. Orders that are custom,
require Foil Stamping or exceed $1000.00 must be accompanied by your signature.
A Boxerbrand salesperson will provide a faxed quotation for your signed
approval.
Boxerbrand charges a $50.00 service fee for checks that are returned due to insufficient funds. Fee is charged against customer's credit card or invoiced separately, at Boxerbrand's discretion.
Production Time:
Café Menu Covers & All Clear Menu Covers
Boxerbrand keeps many Café Style & All Clear Menu Covers in
Stock. However, due to the large variety of sizes/colors we are not able
to keep all items in stock at all times. If your item is in stock, we
will ship next business day. If not, we generally ship within 4-5 business
days. Please speak with a Salesperson to get current lead-time information.
Fashion & Classic
Menu Covers
Production times generally run about 3 weeks but will vary at different
times during the year. If you have an opening and need your order in hand
by a date certain, please let us know and we will make every effort to
expedite production and delivery for you.
Refunds:
All refunds authorized by Boxerbrand will be remitted in the same form
as made at time of payment.
Refused Orders:
Boxerbrand reserves the right to require payment in full (plus all additional
freight costs incurred) before re-shipping any order (or package) that
is not accepted at time of delivery.
Returns:
No returns without authorization from Boxerbrand. Merchandise deemed defective
will either be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Boxerbrand. All
other returns, when authorized, will require customer to pay return freight
and will be subject to a 20% (or $25.00) restocking charge, whichever
is greater.
Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, orders ship by UPS. Please let us know if
you prefer a different carrier and we will try to accommodate your request.
We do not ship orders by U.S. Postal Service. All prices published or
quoted are F.O.B. our factory in Boston, MA
Tax:
MA customers only: prevailing state sales taxes will be applied
unless a re-sale certificate is provided.
